Sponsorship Programs

Even if you are not in the position to adopt an animal, you can still help others find loving homes!! Many rescue organizations offer sponsorship programs that allow you to donate money (as low as $30) to rescue a shelter dog, save a life and help someone find their furever friend!

Many of these groups are only as strong as their volunteers, so if you cannot donate money, donating your time can be just as valuable!

A list of various organizations are included below - please keep mind that there may be other organizations and please contact me if I have missed one!

Make a donation to help one of the animals at the Columbus County Humane Society

New Hanover Humane Society Animal Shelter that provides temporary shelter for animals - Hours are 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Normal P. Wiggle Home for Wayward Dogs wants to eventually put an end to the euthanasia of healthy animals in animal shelters. The Home is operated through a network of foster homes.

Tails U Win Dog Rescue has rescued over 1200 dogs since it's inception in 2002 - you can help them today!
